Parler Is Off ~ Good riddance!

John Matze, Parler’s CEO: “There is the possibility Parler will be unavailable on the internet for up to a week as we rebuild from scratch.”

Following the Trump Washington Capitol riot of January 6, Amazon Web Services decided to cut off Parler servers. The move came after Google and Apple also banned the infamous right-wing extremist’s social app, citing a violation of terms and lack of moderation.

Amazon Web Services is the largest cloud provider with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform coming in second and third place respectively and it is unclear what hosting option Parler will be able to use.

Parler’s Revival On Public Cloud Is Unlikely

Even if the right-wing social network Parler was not being rejected by every major public cloud and hosting company, it would find it almost impossible to move to another site. According to its CEO John Matze, “Parler will be back … many are competing for our business”.

Bunkum! Matze

With everything that is going on right now in the Trump’s universe and your right-wing extremists and terrorists friends, I do not see any major Public Cloud or hosting company willing to give parler a home anytime soon. You want to get back in business? You will need to build your own infrastructure from scratch.

From your own admission on Fox News, “… no one wants to work with Parler after Amazon dropped the company … Bringing Parler back up is basically impossible.”

As I understand it, this is the one and only reason why you are now suing Amazon: to have your Amazon Web Services account reinstated.

Good luck… This will never happen!

You are down for the count and so is Trump.

Google Gmail Global Outage of December 15, 2020

Dear readers,

Starting at around 4:30PM Eastern Time December 15th, Google suffered a global outage. A catastrophic failure at Gmail had caused emails sent to Gmail to permanently fail and bounce back.

The error message from Gmail was reading as follow:

550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.

This was a global issue impacting all email providers trying to send email to Gmail, not only JMD Systemics, JMD Online and King Global Earth and Environmental Sciences Corporation.

Because Gmail was sending a permanent failure message, our mail servers were not able to receive any of your messages sent to our corporate addresses originating from Gmail.

The same day, 6:51 PM on December 15, Google was issuing the following message:

The  problem with Gmail has been resolved. We apologize for the  inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.  Please rest assured that system reliability is a top priority at Google,  and we are making continuous improvements to make our systems better…

Reality check: This problem has not been resolved. Our mail servers were not able to receive any of your messages sent to our corporate addresses originating from Gmail. If you try emailing us at any of our corporate addresses originating from Gmail, here is an example of the message that you will receive:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
jmd@jmdsystemics.com (jmd@jmdsystemics.com)Your message couldn’t be delivered. The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient’s domain does not exist.

We are closely monitoring this regrettable and unfortunate situation. At this time, there is little we can do until Google fixes the problem.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

It all finally caught up to Donald Trump ~ Trump’s post-presidency: Avoid indictment and bankruptcy

Trump, who built a brand on projecting indestructibility, has been branded as something he despises most: a loser.

By: J. Michael Dennis

08/01/2021 11:00 AM EST

Trump, 74, was born into a wealthy family, built a global business, with a few bankruptcies along the way, became a reality TV star and then won the presidency with no political experience. It allowed the megalomaniac businessman to craft his own legacy: Success against all odds.

But now the FBI and authorities are examining whether Trump illegally and inappropriately instigated the Capitol riot of January 6; Investigators are examining whether Trump illegally, inappropriately and improperly inflated assets, evaded taxes and paid off women alleging affairs in violation of campaign finance laws; Lawsuits filed by women against Trump accusing him of harassing and assaulting them are still pending in courts; Lenders are looking for hundreds of millions of dollars in loans to be repaid; The New York Attorney General’s Office is investigating whether Trump and his company misreported assets on financial statements used to seek loans, tax breaks and economic benefits; The Manhattan district attorney is still probing Trump’s payoffs to two women to keep them quiet during the 2016 campaign about extramarital affairs; The Manhattan district attorney may also be broader than the hush money payments, possibly including a probe of tax crimes and bank and insurance fraud.

Trump, who spent decades teasing a White House bid before finally running in 2016, plowed through a first term marred by an impeachment trial, omnipresent investigations, back-biting leaks, tell-all memoirs from ex-staffers, prominent resignations and firings and crisis after crisis of his own making. While in the White House, given a longstanding Justice Department precedent not to indict a sitting president, Trump has been largely protected from facing criminal charges. But once he leaves office, he will have to grapple with a series of investigations that might directly implicate him. And, if he is to lose the legal immunity of the presidency Trump may well be facing jail time.

Trump has, again and again, evaded, side-stepped and shrugged off legal, financial and personal woes. He has survived an impeachment trial, numerous accusations of sexual misconduct and thousands of lawsuits. While he has been through adversities of his own making, bankruptcies, settlements with authorities over alleged malfeasance at his charitable foundation and the now-shuttered Trump University, he has always remained unbowed. These days are over, not even a self-granted preemptive presidential pardon would allow Trump to evade authorities probing him.

There is no way out. Since most of these probes are state, not federal investigations, Trump cannot pardon himself preemptively on the way out the door. Time is running short.

Happy New Year Mr. President,

I just hope your loyal supporters and friends will visit you in whatever jail you will be ending.

Not Only in the USA ~ March for Trump in Japan

JAPAN January 6, 2021: Tokyo Trump supporters march to decry US election result

TOKYO: hundreds rallied in support of Trump on Wednesday, protesting the US presidential elections results, which they say are fraudulent. The rally took place as the US Congress was gathering in the Capitol to certify the victory of President-elect Joe Biden.

Japanese Trump supporters were chanting slogans such as ”Fight for Trump” while marching and carrying banners reading ”Trump win! Japan win!”

“Many people from all over the United States should be gathering in Washington, DC, in the USA to support President Trump. Here we are, Japanese people, who support President Trump,” said Takao Furuyama, one of the Trump supporters.

“And we believe that he is thinking about the peace of the United States, the peace of Japan, and the peace of the world,” he added.

Masumi Yokuni, another demonstrator, said, “I think President Trump is the president who fights the deep state, revealing what has happened behind the scenes and behind the politics of the world, without our knowledge. I am supporting him because I think that his winning will be a big boost not only for the United States but also for Japan and the world.”

The incumbent president has said he won’t give up the White House to President-elect Joe Biden. Trump’s legal team launched a series of court cases to overturn the results after the official results called Biden as the president-elect, without providing compelling evidence.

What do you know!

Not only in the USA; There are crazy idiotic people all around the world!

Covid-19: A Blessing in Disguise

The COVID-19 Coronavirus:  The Biggest Blessing in Disguise For Mankind and Humanity

The world is changing rapidly. For over a year now, COVID-19 has been causing havoc in both human health and the economy. The coronavirus pandemic has left no corner of the world untouched.

Since the first case of the disease was reported in China in December 2019, while 62 million have already recovered, more than 86 million infections have been recorded throughout the world with about 2 million deaths in 218 countries and territories.

For many, COVID-19 has been a wakeup call that the world is changing. The coronavirus pandemic has exposed a number of crises that have been in plain view but ignored by humanity, including challenges like inadequate medical facilities, unequal distribution of income and wealth, fragile supply chains and gender inequality. COVID-19 has truly reminded us all that no man is an island.

The coronavirus is just not taking lives but has further widened the gap that exists between people and nations. While the poorest countries, the poorest neighbourhood, the oldest and weaker people are showing more vulnerability, the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer, thereby making it difficult for them to feed themselves and their families. COVID-19 has helped refocus our minds on what is really important to human survival: clothing, shelter, health, food and the need to ensure equality.

Just as the 1918 Spanish influenza pandemic led to the creation of a favorable environment for the comprehensive equal rights amendment to help women take up roles previously exclusive to men, a century later this pandemic is giving us the opportunity to recalibrate mankind lopsidedness.

The start of the year 2020 turned out to be uneventful. 2020 was supposed to bring progress and prosperity for all mankind. Early February 2020, the COVID-19 coronavirus had just started to grip China and the rest of the world thought it to be more or less a china problem. A handful of senior global leaders were still talking about trade wars and trade imbalances, ideological differences on the basis of religion/military and finance leading to deadly conflicts and business houses/businessmen gloating on the stock prices of their companies being at lifetime high.

At the end of the year, in less than 2 weeks this virus, then popularly called “the China-Virus”, spreading like a wild fire across the globe, bringing down all these alleged edifices of financial, intellectual, scientific, military and historical supremacy over each other in less than 10 days, created a havoc around the world. The global supply chains that we were so proud of suddenly came to a stop. Suddenly, so much for the conflicts, divisions and havoc that we created in the name of progress that humanity stands naked at the precipice of a bottomless abyss.

Never ever since the advent of humanity and its recorded history has the world been so genuinely secular and united just to be able to survive and save itself from this cataclysm and everyone only worrying about the most primordial need of food, shelter, clothing and procreation and everyone is wishing well for everyone else just to ensure self-preservation.

The coronavirus pandemic is here and here to stay for at least 2 more years. For the next 2 years, all we have to and need to remember is that on this earth, in these times of global economy and pandemic, the shrieks of any of our fellow cohabitants, either animal, poor, rich, fortunate or unfortunate, are all the same in the face of adversity. The coronavirus pandemic will come to an end but let us not forget that lesson that mother earth had to impose upon us.

Everything considered, the COVID-19 pandemic is a blessing in disguise, an opportunity for mankind to find its soul lost in the morass of greed, corruption, one-upmanship and destruction of our beautiful planet in the garb of progress.

We are now facing circumstances we have never thought we would. But still, life goes on; you can watch it go by or, you can jump in and be a part of the journey. Whether we like it or not, we need to deal with what is in front of us.

The choice is entirely ours.

COVID-19 ~ RAVAGING THE WHOLE IDEA OF SMALL GOVERNMENT

image

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in changes none of us could have imagined, but what happens next?

If you had asked me  a year ago, I would have told you there  was no way that school children could shift overnight to online  learning; that it was impossible for banks to offer mortgage holidays;  impossible to double unemployment benefits; impossible to house rough  sleepers or put a hold on evictions; impossible to offer wages subsidies  and definitely impossible to get people to stay home from the  beach, the restaurant and the public places.

But we did it.

If you had asked me  a year ago, I would have told you there  was no way that a government could impose “Stay at Home” and “Business Shutdown” policies; give away millions of dollars in people and business assistance.  But it did happen and,

Somebody will have to pay for this!

SMALL GOVERNMENT: A principle  widely invoked to describe  an economic and political system where there is minimal government  involvement in certain areas of public policy or the private sector,  especially matters considered to be private or personal.

Today, COVID-19 has made one thing terribly clear: “Government is not the same as  business.”

The role of government is to regulate and guide the  increasingly complex social landscape and business is only a part of that  landscape. Health, infrastructure, the legal system, education: these  are not businesses. First and foremost they are part of society, part of  our duty to each other and to the system that we are all, or should be, beneficiaries  of.  But that is a whole other  catastrophe that has been made awfully clear in the last six months.

So what is it that Covid-19 has ripped open?

The fragility of social space and the  robustness of our need to share? The catastrophic misdirection of the  past 30 years of economic and social planning?

What Covid-19 has ravaged is the whole idea of small government. What Covid-19 has  highlighted is the importance of social and economic justice. Today, in many countries around the world, some of the most interesting, creative and innovative   thinkers are ready to imagine a better World and to fight for it: “A compelling vision for a stronger economy, a  fairer society and a more environmentally sustainable future.”

Be part of this new world!
