Only two possible verdicts in the Derek Chauvin’s trial: “Mistrial” or “Second-degree Murder”. Whatever the outcome, Derek Chauvin’s fate will become a catalyst for right-wing and left-wing extremist-group violence.
As Chauvin’s murder trial for the death of George Floyd continues in Minneapolis, anarchists and white supremacists are already attempting to exploit activities and events surrounding the legal proceeding. White supremacists are already saying online that the Chauvin trial could lead to a race war and “black separatist groups” may target law enforcement officers or government property if Chauvin is acquitted, if there is a mistrial, or if a potential sentencing is seen as too lenient.
Chauvin will not be acquitted. He will be convicted of manslaughter, the best possible outcome the prosecution team may wish for. There is no way the prosecution may prove the required intent for murder. Chauvin is charged with second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter for Floyd’s death, and faces up to 40 years in prison if convicted for second-degree murder and a much more lenient sentence if only convicted for second-degree manslaughter
Chauvin is most certainly guilty of “culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk, and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm to another.” If convicted of second-degree manslaughter, Chauvin is looking at a possible sentence to imprisonment for not more than ten years or to payment of a fine of not more than $20,000, or both.
If acquitted, something that is very unlikely, expect the worse.

“… it allowed me to be more of the person I aspire to be, The Best in The World at What I Do”
I have always been better with the written word than the spoken one and for me working from home, allowing me to be more of the person I aspire to be, revealed itself to be very much a privilege. While for some the lack of interaction can make it easy for minor anxieties and frustrations to spiral into existential crises, for me, it gives me time to think, allows me to write considered arguments, and makes me more articulate.
I am a business and management consultant, a free thinking creative systemic strategic planner and most of my days involve reading reports, finding obscure problems, addressing and solving them for the benefit of my clients. When in the office, attempting to share my ideas often meant stumbling over my words and sometimes blurting out a dumbed-down version of what I was trying to say or demonstrate. But these days, most of my work-related interaction with either my clients, contributors and associates are through office and social media chat apps. This means I have time to craft my comments before I utter them.
Now, I can spend a minute writing them down as clearly as possible, making a better case for the changes I would like to make, recommend or see implemented. The slowed interaction gives me time to think, allows me to write considered arguments, and makes me more articulate. Essentially, it allows me to be more of the person I aspire to be, the best in the world at what I do. What is more, the terrain has evened out. Everyone is on the same platform, equally accessible, and they can answer me when it is convenient.
Overall, in these days of pandemic, the toll of isolation far outweighs the benefits of reduced social anxiety.

Now that this circus, that royal farce that was the Trump’s impeachment is over, it will be up to Biden to “Try” to make America Great Again. Good luck!
The Trump’s impeachment TV Reality Show is finally over and there is nothing new that was revealed about Trump.
From day one of his announcement that he was to run for presidency of the United States, everyone with a minimum common sense and intelligence knew that he was nothing else, nothing more than an egomaniac egocentric misogynistic narcissist and … con artist, something that he did prove and demonstrate day after day during his presidency. And still, 75 million Americans voted for him in the presidential election of 2020.
America, you had it coming
The so-called “Greatness” of America started with an insurrection and ended in an insurrection. Today, all over the world, it is a well-known reality that the United States of America is nothing else than a banana republic that was only able to maintain its hegemony by bullying nations over the world, something that reached its zenith during the Trump era.
Now that he turpitude of the American nation has been exposed, let’s turn the page and discuss more munificent avenues. Again, good luck to you Mr. Biden in trying to restore some kind of credibility for the United States of America and its political institutions.
Like for Trump, the days of “Greatness” for America are over.

AN AMBULANCE CHASER and JACK OF ALL TRADE:The endlessly pedantic and pathetic Michael van der Veen.
An ambulance chaser and jack of all trades after suing Trump in August 20020, Michael van der Veen is now representing Trump in his Senate impeachment trial.
Michael van der Veen has been an attorney since 1988. As a founder of the Philadelphia personal injury law firm, Van der Veen, O’Neill, Hartshorn, Levin, his litigation practice and experience includes personal injury litigation including representing plaintiffs in car crashes, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, and dog bites, representing clients in connection with construction accidents, antitrust matters and product defects.
Under his belt, a suit against a toy manufacturer, a case of corporate embezzlement, a suit seeking to legalize the use of clean hypodermic needles to combat the spread of HIV/AIDS and police brutality claims. He has also represented criminal defendants accused of rape, drunk driving, and murder. He also represented a man who claimed to have been served a fried rat at a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant.
More astonishing, notwithstanding that he is now pretending that Trump did nothing wrong in relation with the Capitol riot of January 6, in August 2020, Van der Veen sued the then President Donald J. Trump alleging that his attacks on the U.S. Postal Service were unsupported by evidence. In his suit against Trump, van der Veen was alleging: “These actions . . . arise in an environment subject to repeated claims by President Donald J. Trump that voting by mail is ripe with fraud, despite having no evidence in support of these claims, and lawsuits filed by the Trump campaign to stop mail-in voting in states such as Nevada and Pennsylvania.” The suit was settled in late November 2020.
While there is no prohibition against a lawyer representing a former adversary, van der Veen now representing Trump only demonstrate how difficult it is now for the ex-president to find reputable lawyers and law firms to represent himself and his interests. The endlessly pedantic Michael van der Veen is best known in Philly for his radio ads, asking if you’ve tripped or having been bite by a dog while walking down the street.
Trump will be acquitted… but no thanks to Michael van der Veen. Trump will be acquitted thanks to these Republican senators only trying to protect their political future.
Pathetic!

We live in a Global Village: People interest over personal interest
These times of uncertainty, anxiety and overwhelming information, mean that many of us are seeking to find a sense of calmness.
On top of that, the global upheavals of a virulent pandemic, a very real climate crisis, the instability of economic and political powers and the emergence of anti-racist and anti-violent movements like Black Lives Matter and US Presidential Impeachment procedures are all issues that call to people to engage responsively with our world.
A mindfulness practice, the simple act of pausing, taking a breath and becoming aware of our mind, body and heart, may offer some respite as well as a way to support one’s desire for action.

Trump will be acquitted again: Forget Impeachment, use the section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment reads as follow:
“No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”
Again, thanks to these Yellow Unscrupulous Republican Representatives, like for the first impeachment trial, there will be no conviction: Trump will be acquitted again.
The suggestion that the Senate will censure Trump for aiding and abetting the January 6, 2021 insurrection falls far short of what is required to see justice done.
What is required is keeping Trump from having access to high office ever again, disqualifying this dangerous and scheming individual for the 2024 presidential election and, and Section 3 of the 14th Amendment provides that remedy.

You are looking online for an apartment to rent! Beware!
Rental property listing scams typically aim to steal money. They’ll try to get you to send a check for a security deposit or move-in fee without ever seeing the apartment, and they’ll keep the money without any intention of renting a unit to you.
The latest … “BIDDWELL”
While there are a “Biddwell-rentals.com” and a “Biddwellhomes.com” websites, you will not find a “Biddwell” website anywhere on the web. Both websites “Biddwell-rentals.com” and “Biddwellhomes.com” are highly suspicious.
If the owner of a house, a condo, or any landlord says he or she is out of town or the country for an extended period of time for any reason and cannot meet you in person to show you the proposed rental, beware. A good landlord will always make sure to meet you in person to make sure you’re legitimate. On the flip side, since they don’t want you to be able to report them, scammers typically don’t want to meet you.
The latest rental scam goes as follow
The scammer will pretend to be either a military or a professional out of the country for an extended period of time and will propose you to rent through an agent [in our case BIDDWELL] who will show you the advertised property, take care of all the paperwork required to rent the property and all the possible issues after signature of the rental agreement.
Then, you will be asked for a rent and security deposit before even seeing, or having all parties sign, a lease. Most of the time [and it is the case for BIDDWELL], you will be asked to send the money in a foreign country via bank transfer.
You see the name “BIDDWELL” the name “MANNY GARONNAS”, the name “IVAN NUNEZ BLANCO” anywhere, the possibility that you are dealing with a scammer is extremely high.
Back off immediately!

Amanda Gorman, The 22-year-old Harvard poet that stole the Biden inauguration show
When day comes, we ask ourselves where can we find light in this never-ending shade? The loss we carry, a sea we must wade. We’ve braved the belly of the beast. We’ve learned that quiet isn’t always peace, and the norms and notions of what “just” is isn’t always justice. And yet, the dawn is ours before we knew it. Somehow we do it. Somehow we’ve weathered and witnessed a nation that isn’t broken, but simply unfinished. We, the successors of a country and a time where a skinny Black girl descended from slaves and raised by a single mother can dream of becoming president, only to find herself reciting for one.
And yes, we are far from polished, far from pristine, but that doesn’t mean we are striving to form a union that is perfect. We are striving to forge our union with purpose. To compose a country committed to all cultures, colors, characters, and conditions of man. And so we lift our gazes not to what stands between us, but what stands before us. We close the divide because we know, to put our future first, we must first put our differences aside. We lay down our arms so we can reach out our arms to one another. We seek harm to none and harmony for all. Let the globe, if nothing else, say this is true: That even as we grieved, we grew. That even as we hurt, we hoped. That even as we tired, we tried. That we’ll forever be tied together, victorious. Not because we will never again know defeat, but because we will never again sow division.
Scripture tells us to envision that everyone shall sit under their own vine and fig tree and no one shall make them afraid. If we’re to live up to our own time, then victory won’t lie in the blade, but in all the bridges we’ve made. That is the promise to glade, the hill we climb, if only we dare. It’s because being American is more than a pride we inherit. It’s the past we step into and how we repair it. We’ve seen a force that would shatter our nation rather than share it. Would destroy our country if it meant delaying democracy. This effort very nearly succeeded. But while democracy can be periodically delayed, it can never be permanently defeated. In this truth, in this faith, we trust, for while we have our eyes on the future, history has its eyes on us. This is the era of just redemption. We feared it at its inception. We did not feel prepared to be the heirs of such a terrifying hour, but within it, we found the power to author a new chapter, to offer hope and laughter to ourselves. So while once we asked, ‘How could we possibly prevail over catastrophe?’ now we assert, ‘How could catastrophe possibly prevail over us?’
We will not march back to what was, but move to what shall be: A country that is bruised but whole, benevolent but bold, fierce and free. We will not be turned around or interrupted by intimidation because we know our inaction and inertia will be the inheritance of the next generation. Our blunders become their burdens. But one thing is certain: If we merge mercy with might, and might with right, then love becomes our legacy and change, our children’s birthright.
So let us leave behind a country better than the one we were left. With every breath from my bronze-pounded chest, we will raise this wounded world into a wondrous one. We will rise from the golden hills of the west. We will rise from the wind-swept north-east where our forefathers first realized revolution. We will rise from the lake-rimmed cities of the midwestern states. We will rise from the sun-baked south. We will rebuild, reconcile, and recover. In every known nook of our nation, in every corner called our country, our people, diverse and beautiful, will emerge, battered and beautiful. When day comes, we step out of the shade, aflame and unafraid. The new dawn blooms as we free it. For there is always light, if only we’re brave enough to see it. If only we’re brave enough to be it.

These are the Ignorant Bouffons of The Clown In Chief Donald J. Trump
Many of the rioters and protesters of the siege of the US Capitol on January 6 looked an awful lot like these Republican congressmen and senators supporting their now infamous egomaniac narcissist leader, this coalition of willing deadbeats, QAnon enthusiasts, right-wing extremists, insurrectionists and MMA fans claiming that the presidential election of last November and the country had been stolen from them.
Exiting the Capitol, some rioters and protesters left the building happy, grinning, pumping their fists in triumph. And then, like nothing happened, dressed in furs and anti-Semitic T-shirts, they went back to their life crying for a beer and curly fries, chewing tobacco, tractor pulls, YouPorn, cornhole, mobile home, big gulps and cousin-marriage.
More Than a Lowlifes Deadbeats Insurrection
Don’t be fooled: The January 6 Capitol insurrectionists represent a bigger slice of white America than just the low-class knuckle-draggers came from all over the country on their Bouffon in Chief, Donald J. Trump. Many of the rioters and protesters were middle class, some of them sloppy thinking professionals and business people like their Republican representatives supporting and promoting Trump’s lies and political and doctrinal heresy.
As authorities continue to book protesters and rioters for criminal offenses that may eventually include sedition and murder, we are learning more about the January 6 crowd’s profile and these people who have embraced the QAnon religion and falling under Trump’s spell, answered his call to violence. Many of the rioters and protesters, in Trump’s words, only “the best and most serious people,” “the real patriots”.
There were people like: Bradley Rukstales, a tech CEO in suburban Chicago now facing charges of illegally entering the Capitol “with the intent of and impeding government business”; the retired Air Force officer Larry Rendall Brock Jr, Republican state legislator Derrick Evans; Aaron Mostofksy, the son of a Brooklyn Supreme Court judge; the olympic gold medalist Klete Keller and; the former Midland, Texas, mayoral candidate Jenny Cudd.
Indeed, imbecility is not the privilege of the poor and miserable
Then there are the ranks of those who have not been charged yet, people like: Donald Trump Jr; Eric Trump; Rudy Giuliani and; all these known republican politicians, politically motivated, like Ted Cruz, Jim Jordan, Lindsey Graham and others who, willfully and knowingly, pretending that this protest was the result of the people exercising their First Amendment Right to protest and challenge an “Illegal and Fraudulent” presidential election did, knowing better, support and encourage the rioters.
There are even more of these “best and most serious people,” these “real patriots” that may face charges, people like this Seattle doctor storming of the Capitol; this former Republican state representative, who resigned his adjunct professor position at a college after posting a video of the melee; this California physician who reading a speech inside the Capitol; this Texas attorney having posted a video from inside the Capitol and so on and so on …
Yes, any of the rioters and protesters who filled Washington’s Hotels to capacity on the days preceding the riot of January 6 and made the Grand Hyatt’s lobby their after-action lounge were not hillbillies coming out from Dogpatch. Many, came from the Republican professional and political classes only to fuel the rampage with their organizational skills and reputations, arguing that they only invaded the Capitol to exercise their First Amendment rights to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
This riot never has been a First Amendment Issue and will never be
Nowhere does the First Amendment empower citizens to bull their way through a line of police causing murderous injury, shatter windows and break doors, make violent threats and disrupt governments. The masses who broke into the Capitol on January 6 clearly broke the law. Nowhere does the First Amendment empower citizens, not even the President of the United States, to incite, encourage and participate in a Coup or an insurrection of any kind.
This was a coup orchestrated by Donald J. Trump and supported by too many of his no balls and braindead politician supporters considering only one thing: their own personal political interest.
What happened on January 6, 2021 is wrong, immoral, illegal and criminal
Yes, there was plenty of class resentment and political resentment at play at the Capitol on January 6 but, in no way, it is possible for anyone in his right mind to justify what happened. People were killed, people were hurt. the government was disturbed and democracy under attack. Nancy Pelosi and Mike pence would have been captured, they would have been hanged.
No doubt about it; the intention was there!
Such a conduct by Trump’s supporters, whatever their background, wherever they are coming from, whatever their social and political status, can only contribute to more resentment, more division and more violence. Such a conduct will never change the result of the 2020 Presidential Election: Joe Biden is the righteous President Elect duly elected and Donald J. Trump is still and will always be what he had always been, a moron and total asshole.
This is not an excuse, but what happened on January 6 was not just a revolution by the powerless, the pathetic and the rural. This is the result of people, both citizens and politicians, having been radicalized, maybe irreversibly, by the Moron in Chief of the United States of America that is Donald J. Trump.
Wake up people!

In only a few days, Telegram Messenger Becomes The Second Most Downloaded App In The US
Telegram Messenger is now ranked second in the most downloaded applications in the United States. This is happening after Twitter blocked the Trump’s account, Apple and Google removed from their app stores the popular social network of his Parler supporters and Amazon Web Services cut off Parler from any access to their services.
The backup solution was easy: Telegram Messenger.
For years, ISIS has used a variety of online platforms, including Twitter and WhatsApp among others, to communicate with recruits and operatives, issue claims of responsibility for attacks, and disseminate news updates and propaganda materials. Today, Trump’s right-wing extremists and terrorists are doing exactly the same. What the United States of America is now dealing with is nothing else then Internal Terrorism.
What the United States of America is now dealing with is nothing else then possible armed insurrections and assassination attempts against its duly elected political leaders and members of the government. What the United States of America is now dealing with is nothing else then a possible civil war. In less than a week, since January 6, in only a few days, Telegram Messenger, in the United States, has been downloaded overt 545 thousand times and we are still counting.
Terrorist and extremist groups use encrypted application Telegram Messenger to recruit new members, fundraise, incite to violence, and coordinate terrorist activity. Telegram Messenger’s messaging application has both public-facing and private components. This flexible interface enables Trump’s right-wing extremists and terrorists to do everything from self-promotion, brand development and propaganda dissemination, to secret plotting of attacks outside detection or interference from law enforcement.
