As a Ottawa University graduate, I originally specialized in Commercial and Business Law, concentrating on corporate officers liability issues, corporate fiscal legislations and their impact on the business decision-making process, corporate financing and capitalization.

Over the years, after the 1984 Union Carbide Bhopal disaster, I specialized in public affairs and corporate communications, offering consulting services in the areas of personal and business planning analysis, operational management issues, strategic business and corporate planning, branding and marketing, crisis and reputation management.

Following the 1984 Union Carbide Corporation Bhopal India disaster: Engineering, coordination, communication, and implementation of a global computerized, Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs management system for thirty-eight production plants and distributor locations across Canada and the United States.
