My advise to you Dzhokhar: Do not talk!

What rights should Dzhokhar Tsarnaev get and why does it matter?

The Obama DOJ says it intends to question the Boston bombing suspect “extensively” without first Mirandizing him.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, was in a Boston hospital seriously wounded and unable to speak. He was shot in the throat and could not speak because of injuries to his tongue, said a source close to the investigation and it is still unclear when he will be able to talk.

His brother, Tamerlan, 26, was killed earlier on the day. Authorities have yet to charge Dzhokhar, who will be most likely defended by a Federal Public Defender.

Once Tsarnaev was arrested, President Obama suggested that he would eventually be tried in court but the Obama DOJ also immediately announced that they intended to question him “extensively” before reading him his Miranda rights “to gain critical intelligence”.

Critical intelligence of what may I ask? Critical intelligence of insanity!

My best advise to you Dzhokhar: do not talk!

Back to the Far West

Yes! We got him! Now lets hang him!

WATERTOWN, Mass. —Boston erupts in jubilation as teen wanted in marathon bombing captured alive

“CAPTURED!!! The hunt is over. The search is done. The terror is over. And justice has won. Suspect in custody.” Said the Boston Police Department on Twitter.

Like the Boston police force and many others Americans, the family of Martin Richard, an 8-year-old boy killed in the blast, cheered his capture: “Tonight, our community is once again safe from these two men,” the family said in a statement.

At the scene, bystanders broke into applause. From a passing SWAT truck, an officer returned the sentiment: “Thank you, it’s been a pleasure,” he said over the loudspeaker.

We have a suspect in custody,” said Timothy Alben, the head of the Massachusetts State Police. “We’re exhausted, folks. But we have a victory here tonight.

On Friday night, the Watertown’s ordeal ended with a flood of relief.

That suspect that everybody is talking about is the younger of the two Tsarnaevs brothers “believed” to have set off bombs at the finish line of the Boston Marathon and I am very surprise from the reaction of the crowd, that they did not parade him across town attached on the hood of a car.

In a few days, even without a trial, after one being killed and one injured, while we still do not know anything about the bombing except what have been told by the FBI, the Tsarnaevs brothers already have been convicted by the press and the authorities and had somehow become a new lesson in the awful magnifying power of terrorism.

Even Obama is falling for that shit:

“Why did young men who grew up and studied here, as part of our communities and our country, resort to such violence?” President Obama said in a statement from the White House late Friday.

Did somebody tell me that Obama has some kind of a law degree!

I  sincerely hope that this statement is out of context if not, so much for democracy and the American judicial system and lets hang him  right now!

This is it! Tell me why we should kill people?

Can anybody tell me why all of this is happening?

This morning, I woke up and I knew that everything was going to fall apart and it did. For the lasts nine months and for the lasts twenty years before, all I have done is trying to survive and I did. What would be different today would you ask? The answer is quite simple: I am tired, I am exhausted, I am so done that for the first time of my live, – I had that thought many times before – I really believe that only death will save me and death it will be unless one of our Mighty Gods decide otherwise. For the lasts twenty years, I didn’t bleed, I fought back and today, there is nothing left to fight for, not even love. Yes indeed, I live in a very lonely world.

Every day begins the same, waking up either too early or too late, the last dreamy wisps evaporating, leaving only vague recollections of my past, present and possible future, one cup of instant cold coffee tasting like a nightmare and then I am at my computer, my morning, evening, and afternoon, my only friend. Then, the nagging feeling that something better is waiting for me out there and the confusing feeling that my time would probably be best spent reading news all day, learning about the madness of the world since it’s so easy to have it shrink to the size of my personal experience. I want to be looking for jobs instead, jobs that will bring me into new social circles, but again, isn’t it what I have been doing for the lasts several months? And then, it is wakeup time again, and I am still wondering what I want to be today, what it would be like to stand at the perfect intersection of my dreams and skills. Who told me that I could be anything I wanted to be? I can’t remember.

One thing I know, the game is different than I was told it would be. I don’t even recognize the rules. Or, are there any rules? How do I win this game? Or isn’t it only life! Who’s on my team? Or do I have to stand and fight alone? And I wonder: what is happening to me? Things I believed are not anymore and opportunities are no longer knocking at my doors other then for me to become something I never thought I would be. This morning, again, making a difference seems secondary to making a living.

How many, do you think, have or experience the same feelings?

This is no reason to bomb anyone anywhere in the world, not even in Boston
